Information

My work engages the mediums of still and moving images as well as traditional forms such as textiles, ceramics, and paper works often seeking reinvention within the commonplace. Through my practice I investigate themes such as visuality, staging, and framing in relation to identity, culture, and micro-politics. By examining phenomena within western media - popular culture, literature, and the visual landscape of the internet, I seek to create a critical frame for contemporary conditions.
